At SimaTech, we have divided the project process into three phases, in which different tools are used to ensure professional delivery
 
In the clarification phase, SimaTech establish the necessary understanding of the customer's situation. Based on the customer presentation, we make a requirement specification, present a solution model, determine methods and make an estimate.
 
Once the contract is signed, we will start with the project design phase, where we specify the requirement specification and sketch the business flow. A project plan and timeframe is prepared, and the project team is put together, including participants from the customer’s organization and SimaTech. An important part of this step is the integration between customer systems and SimaTech Enterprise Server. Finally, we test the business logic and solution, to avoid unforeseen problems during the implementation.
 
 
The aim of the implementation phase is to ensure the customer a professional commissioning of SimaTech Enterprise System. An important element in this process is the establishment of a steering committee to monitor the project closely. In addition, SimaTech helps to establish a reporting structure, which ensures that the decision-makers are informed about the progress of the project. Finally, we conduct training for super-users and provide user manuals and other documentation that guide the users of the system. In connection with the final delivery of the project, we carry out a project evaluation with the customer. SimaTech continually strives to improve, and customer feedback is the primary source of inspiration for doing so.
