Aarhus Vand's objective is to ensure water and sewage water supply of a high health and environmental quality that takes into account supply dependability and nature and which is operated in an effective way, to ensure transparency for consumers. Aarhus Vand reclaims, treats and distributes more than 15 million m3 of drinking water and purifies more than 30 million m3 of wastewater per year in 10 waterworks and 10 purification plants. The company has 240 skillful and dedicated employees.
At Aarhus Vand, there are many daily tasks, including the annual replacement of 60,000 water meters installed on citizen, institution and company premises. Aarhus Vand has chosen SimaTech Enterprise System to optimize the planning, route, work procedure and documentation. All installers are equipped with a tablet with SimaCar and the digital worksheet (DynDoc) installed. Other colleagues take care of the planning, route optimization, task assignment and the subsequent processing – all done in SimaOffice and managed by SimaTech Enterprise Server, which is integrated with Aarhus Vand's ERP system SonWin.

SimaTech Enterprise Server ensures dispatching of local volunteer paramedics in the Region of Southern Denmark
The volunteer paramedics help ensure rapid first aid. Experience tells us that volunteer paramedics sometimes get to the scene faster than an ambulance. Volunteer paramedics are equipped with smartphones that continuously send its GPS coordinates to the system. When an ambulance is dispatched, the system will automatically make an assessment of whether volunteer paramedics should be called. Until now, the Emergency Medical Coordination dispatch center staff has had to make its own assessment, but this process is now automatic in the new solution.

Falck Roadside Assistance is equipped with SimaCar
In the future, whenever you are assisted by Falck on the road, the Falck driver will be equipped with a tablet, which he can use to record various data for the assistance task. If it is paid assistance, MobilePay can be used.
Falck Roadside Assistance's fleet of vehicles is in the process of being fitted with SimaCar. SimaCar runs on a tablet with Windows 8 and receives tasks via SimaTech Enterprise Server. Besides being able to receive the task from the dispatch center, the task can be documented with the help of DynDoc (photo, customer signature, etc.). Documentation is sent directly to customers by email. As something entirely new, MobilePay has been implemented as part of DynDoc, making it possible to accept payment on site.
